By attending UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry's events (online & in-person), you assume all risks related to your participation. You release for yourself, your heirs and your executor any claim against UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry and its employees and agents from liability resulting from injury or accidents occurring during any UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry course, workshop or event.

UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry reserves the right to cancel a course within 6-days in advance of the program date. Participants will be notified of other program dates they may transfer to at no additional cost to the participant. UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations.

By participating in the Class/Retreat, Attendee understands that portions of the events may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs. Attendee agrees that UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs should they include Attendee’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification to the Attendee. Attendee understands and agrees that all recordings from UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry's events are the exclusive rights of the Organization and Attendee does not ask for or expect compensation for the use of recordings or photographs in which Attendee appears or speaks. UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry owns all rights to any audio, video, and/or photograph captured during the Organization’s Retreat or at any of the Organization’s other live events.

Audio and video clips are the property of UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The information contained in or made available by UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry, or any third party through the Course/Retreat or their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, financial, medical, psychological, or legal fields. UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry does not offer any professional personal, medical, financial, or legal advice and none of the information contained in the Retreat should be confused as such advice. Neither UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, volunteers, contractors, or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages to the Attendee or the Attendee’s mental, financial, medical, psychological or legal that may result from participation in the Retreat or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, techniques, or strategies communicated through the Retreat or any products or services provided pursuant to the Retreat, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from Attendee’s participation in the Course/Retreat. To be clear: You, the Attendee, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life, and by your participation in our Course/Retreat, you agree not to attempt to hold us, UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in this Course/Retreat at any time, under any circumstance.

Attendee agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Program (including course materials), use of the Program, or access to the Program. This agreement is non transferable or assignable.

UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry's copyrighted and original materials shall be provided to the attendee for his/her individual use only and a single-user license. Attendee shall not be authorized to use any of UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry’s intellectual property for attendee's business purposes. Attendee shall not be authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry electronically or otherwise without the prior written consent of UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry. All intellectual property, including UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry's copyrighted course materials, shall remain the sole property of UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry. No license to sell or distribute UniverSOUL Heart Associates, Inc./Rev. Justin Terry’s materials is granted or implied.

Harassment of any participant (attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, staff member, service provider, organizer, or guest) will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behavior includes (but is not limited to) unwanted verbal attention, unwanted touching, intimidation, stalking, shaming, or bullying. Discrimination on the basis of gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, national origin, or ethnicity will not be tolerated. Harassment presented in a joking manner constitutes unacceptable behaviour.
