Spirit communicates with me in all these ways. Spirit usually communicates through the path of least resistance, so I don't normally have control over which sense the spirit will use. Spirit will sometimes show me symbols to relay into a message or even show me what they looked like when they were alive.

I deliberately try to meditate every day for 20-30 minutes. Not only does it help to strengthen my connection with spirit, its gives me peace of mind and allows me to maintain more balance in my life. Check my "links" page for links to websites that describe various meditation techniques.

For the most part, yes. This comes with much practice. As a child, I was not able to control my gifts. Through studying and practicing various techniques of mediumship, I am able to "tune-in" when I want to. I couldn't go around all day constantly sensing people's energies and spirits.

I actually have several guides that I work with, but I have two that I use mainly for communication purposes. We all have around 5 main guides that have been with us since birth.

I don't believe in demons, per se. But I do believe that negative spirits exist. They can affect people if people are open to them and acknowledging them. Many people don't realize this, but spirits are people too. And how do you get rid of harmful or annoying people? You ignore them. People HATE that. Eventually they will leave you alone and go away.

This is my personal belief only, but I believe we all go the spirit world, no matter how we transitioned. People who commit suicide certainly do not go to the fiery pits of "hell" or anything like that. And they still can be communicated with.

First and foremost, use common sense. If a medium or psychic tells you that you are cursed and charges an exorbitant amount "remove" the curse, run kicking and screaming in the opposite direction. If a seemingly legit medium is just not connecting well, then say so and more than likely, your fee will be refunded.

I use no tools whatsoever. I do believe that spirit can communicate through these devices, I do NOT normally use them in my work, unless requested.

I always allow time to ask questions during the last part of the reading. It is always helpful to have questions prepared before the reading, because you will most assuredly forget something if you rely on your memory alone.

There is a major difference between the two in that psychics get their information from the energy around you. AKA- your aura. And mediums relay messages from those in the spirit world who wish to communicate.
